    The foods listed (spoiler -foods like eggs, oatmeal, salmon) don’t burn fat so of course there is no proof offered. The author apparently is not a doctor, nutritionist and doesn’t offer any credentials. The “book” is just 16 pages of foods that may be good for us that you already know about or can get these and hundreds more for free on the web. It is filled with links to a website that is rated “high risk” by a the safety rating site WOT that protects against sites that are scams, have viruses, etc. I feel ripped off and I got this for free.

    I love that this book doesn’t contain any forced “filler” material and instead gets right to the point. The book is composed of the list we all wanted that led us to this page, a list of 75 foods that help to burn fat. The majority of the foods on the list are vegetables, but there are some surprises in there like turkey and salmon, foods that your body uses a lot of energy to digest, thereby helping you to lose weight. Each food on the list is accompanied by a short explanation of why it helps you to lose weight so that you don’t have to simply take the author at her word. Overall, a very helpful list that could be very helpful to people looking to lose weight by dieting.
